1 - Conditions of online ticket orders
The number of tickets at the reduced Villette Card price is limited to one (1) for solo cards, two (2) for Duo cards, per performance per card.

2 - Price of tickets and conditions of payment :
All prices are stated in Euros (€).
Prices are based on the cost of a full-priced ticket at the time of the order.
Ticket delivery is at no additional charge to the spectator.
Delivery charges for exhibition catalogues are determined based on the weight of the catalogues.

3 - Accepted payment methods :
By credit or debit card only.

Online payment is effectuated in conformity to the terms and conditions of our online payment system. All information is protected and encrypted before being processed. This security is ensured by the protocol SSL2.

Only one payment will be accepted per order.

Regardless of the method, payment must be in the name of the person ordering the tickets. Only with explicit consent of Parc de la Villette will an exception be granted.

Ticket delivery / retrieval
Tickets are sent by mail for orders placed than ten (10) business days before the selected event. For orders placed within ten (10) business days, tickets can be retrieved the night of the event at the ticket counter, one hour before the beginning of the performance.
Tickets are sent by standard mail.
Parc de la villette cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or delay in the transportation of tickets.

As soon as payment has been made, the order is confirmed. It cannot be modified or cancelled by the spectator, and the tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or reimbursed. Any complaint concerning ticket orders or errors in the process must be communicated to Parc de la Villette by phone and confirmed in writing.

Cancellation of performances
Forces beyond our control, specifically national strikes, may cause the cancellation of performances at Parc de la Villette. In such a case, all payments made by the client will be reimbursed by Parc de la Villette, upon request, within a maximum of three (3) months from the date of the performance, upon presentation of the ticket, and no further compensation can be claimed. Once the reimbursement from Parc de la Villette has been accepted, and upon presentation of the ticket(s), a RIB (bank account details), and necessary documentation, the reimbursement will be made directly into the client's bank account.
Parc de la Villette is solely responsible for handling all complaints and/or litigious claims regarding items sold or services provided. If the problem involves the payment process, the implicated banking establishment or payment system may be consulted. In the case of a complaint against Parc de la Villette concerning the execution of a contract of sale or payment, the matter will be handed over the Tribunal de Paris.

With the exception of a special written agreement, every order legally binds the buyer to our general terms and conditions of sale.

- Applicable Laws - Complaints :
All orders are subjected to French law. The products offered for sale are consistent with the regulations of the French government. As necessary, any foreign client is responsible for verifying with the local authorities the possible uses of the article he intends to order; the EPPGHV cannot be held responsible for any infringements of the law on foreign soil where the product is delivered.
In the event of a legal complaint, the matter will only be handled by the French courts.

- Duration of the validity of sale offers :
The articles for sale are offered while supplies last. If an article is ordered that is no longer available, the client will be notified as quickly as possible, by email or mail.
The client will have the choice to either exchange the article or be reimbursed within sixty (60) days of the original order.

- Price of articles :
The prices and charges of all packages, applicable for all articles ordered, are stated in Euros, taxes included. Prices are based on the cost(s) of the article(s) at the time of the order.
The EPPGHV reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

- Orders :
The client accepts his order as soon as he clicks the link "Confirm" on the bottom of the page "Your order has been accepted". By confirming, the client accepts the ordering process and the present conditions of sale.

The EPPGHV sends confirmation of all orders by email. This confirmation message includes all important order details.

Information saved by the EPPGHV is kept as proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. This information is archived by the EPPGHV, and the client has the right to access these archives by contacting the ticketing service.

- Delivery :
All articles are sent by the postal service. Delivery, within metropolitan France, typically takes approximately ten (10)days from the order date.
The EPPGHV cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or delay in transport of the article(s) purchased. The buyer understands and accepts the inherent risks of shipping.

- Reimbursement :
The client has a window of seven (7) business days from the date of delivery, as proved by the postmark, to return the article. He will be reimbursed the price of the article, not including return shipping, within a month after the EPPGHV has received the returned article.
Any article returned unwrapped, incomplete, damaged, or dirty will not be accepted, reimbursed or exchanged.

- Confidentiality of personal information :
No personal information provided by the client is distributed to any third parties. This information, unless explicity opposed by the client, will be integrated into the EPPGHV client records.

- Responsibility :
Neither the EPPGHV nor the client can be held responsible for any disruption of the order caused by greater forces, such as war, riots, insurrections, an interruption in international transport (imports or exports), strikes, lock-outs, famine, fire, earthquakes, hurricanes, or floods.

The EPPGHV cannot be held responsible for the usage of the articles sold. The client takes complete responsibility for any use by a third party of the article purchased.
